  The new owners are complete a**holes. Rang up an hour before they were supposed to close to order a small chips and asked for them to be extra well done. And the guy said they were about to close and he didn't have time to cook well done chips. F**king seriously??? It's about an extra 2 or 3 minutes at the most!!! We went to Stratton Fish and Chips instead and their chips were really nice. There's no way this place is going to stay in business. Their attitude stinks.

  Formally known as Armies, now under new management. Heard it has improved, so thought we give the new owners a try. Front of store said it opens 4:30pm, waited till 4:50pm and still no sign of opening and tried calling the number written on front of the store, but was disconnected. Asked the the staff running Bottle mart next door to the shop, and told us that because the new owners haven't been getting much business, sometimes they open 5 - 5:30pm. Went home and came back at 5:30pm, and still no sign of opening up. Waited another 10mins and gave up. Not a very good start to their new business. Instead another Fish n Chips store got our business instead.
